Once you have a quote from us and are happy with the price, you can make an appointment to discuss all the details of your wedding order such as what type of flowers you want.

All orders remain open until one month before actual wedding dates for any changes to be made, providing you all the flexibility you need.

Delivery charges

~ One home drop off - bridal flowers - $10* ( e.g. brides home)

~ Two home drop off - bridal flowers - $20* ( e.g. bride & grooms home)

Hire

Any items for hire are your responsibility to return to us no later than 4 days after your wedding date, otherwise we will charge you the full purchase price of the items hired. Pick up charge -$10*

Payments

A 15% deposit is required to secure your flowers. Final payment is due one month prior to the wedding date. Payments can be made any time from date of booking up until one month prior to the wedding date, when full and final payment is required.

Cancellations

50% non- refundable deposit paid on booking. Cancellations within one month of the wedding date remain payable in full. Bookings can be postponed to another date, subject to our availability. A minimum of one month notice is required.

Privacy

Your wedding order, wedding date, contact details will be treated with complete privacy. We will not speak to any media representative or release any information unless you give us consent to do so.
